I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at Yonsei University School of Business, and as a financial economist, my research focuses on slow-moving capital. I examine how market frictions—such as transaction costs and information asymmetry—as well as model uncertainty make capital slow-moving, thereby influencing market liquidity and asset price dynamics. My work also extends the slow-moving capital framework to real capital markets, showing how reallocation frictions lead to persistent misallocation and shape aggregate productivity dynamics. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis in 2024.
